They use Blue Boy for their espre They also have pastries now though I haven't tried them yet. They now have Methodical's Belly Warmer as their espresso. 50% Costa Rica, 50% Guatemala. I didn't know that when I ordered a latte today. Next time I will definitely get a cappuccino. Christian is also behind the bar, a great addition to Sid. Perfection.

I've purchased multiple backpacks and shoes from this store for my hiking journeys, and I have not been disappointed in any item. Their return policy is excellent. I've only had to use it a few times but it has always been easy (you need a receipt though!) I've been an REI member since 2006. In the early days, I would get $20-$30 back from my purchases because I was always stocking up. It's a great loyalty program. Today I bought replacement hiking shoes and a new item - water purification tablets! The store has a new layout so I also took some time to see how they switched things around. And if you can't find what you're looking for, ask someone because they can order it for you and have it shipped to your home.

This store is smaller than their other location. Reminds me of Time Bomb in Pittsburgh! This location no longer carries Nike due to the Nike store next door. As a customer of…read moreExpress for over 15 years, I am highly upset of the new third party vendor, BB Dakota, that they use on their site. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago over $200. That order is still in processing and has not shown shipped. I called Express customer service for a refund. Then in return, they tell me since it's a third party vendor they can not process my return and I need to contact BB Dakota on my own, via EMAIL only. Another upsetting action upon Express. You are quick to take my money, however to get it back I need to jump thru other people. I sent the email to BB Dakota. I immediately get a response in what appears to be a generic email they send automatically for refunds, telling me I have to wait 2-3 weeks for an item to be inspected before getting my money back. UNACCEPTABLE! These items haven't even left their facility. I will NEVER order from BB DAKOTA again.
