    Absolutely love big peach running Co. they always set me up! This time they helped me figure out that ive been wearing a smaller shoe and i might get better support from a size up. They then helped me find my favorite model and it was 30% off! Thank you guys for your help!

    HOKA Oné Oné was a new brand to us, but they are apparently well known among runners.

    I helped my dad pick up some running shoes. We've been trying to get dad to take better care of himself. Turns out, like father like son. Same model and even size of HOKA Oné Onés. The store staff was great. They were super patient with dad. He tried on 6-10 different pairs of shoes. We easily spent an hour in the store just making sure the right shoe was the one he took home. I also picked up a bunch of sox (they had a buy three and get the fourth free sale). The prices were reasonable and they had a very nice selection. I would definitely go back to this store on a future visit to Atlanta. Exercise well, my friends.

    A quick shout out to Big Peach Running store. The staff has been attentive and helpful. My first purchase was a pair of Hokas. Those didn't work out after a few days on decent walks. Back to the store I head. Instead of the very helpful gentleman I first had, I had an equally helpful younger female. Sorry, I didn't get names. Looked at a few more shoes and even though the first pair felt great, she really wanted me to try the others. The exchange was painless although the manager did say you'll need a keyfab or other proof of being in the ATL running club for the discount. I do t think anyone in my family even knows where those may be? If you need good shoes that fit head to Big Peach in Decatur- NOTE- it is in a new location in the While Foods center off of North Decatur Road.

    I brought my daughter here to get some track shoes. The lady there was SO helpful. My daughter stand on this thing and it tell u about your feet. They sell socks and sports gear too. Damn track are high ass hell lol but everything was great .

    Stellar service! Jason immediately greeted us with a smile and was extremely helpful in assisting me find a new tennis shoe. This is the second pair of shoes I've bought here and will continue to purchase here in the future.

    I'm not a runner but I sure do walk a lot. I love kickboxing and Zumba. Those are my two favorite workouts. However, I do need to run. Running is free and I can enjoy nature. In the past few months, I have been working on my runs and have gotten better. I needed better shoes. One of my runner friends suggested to me Big Peach Running. My daughter needed new athletic shoes so I took her with me to get running shoes. There were different locations but decided on Decatur because it was the closest location to Stone Mountain, which we planned to go after getting shoes fitted. There was plenty of parking in Downtown Decatur. I grew up in Decatur so there was a lot of nostalgic moments driving through. I felt like a little girl again. While walking in the store, they were busy already but they reassured us that they will get back to us asap. Eric introduced himself to my daughter and me. We took off our shoes to step on this machine to measure our arches. He explained to us what everything meant. We both had medium arches. He went and got a pair of shoes for both of us to try on and run on the treadmill. It records our run to see if we run inwards cause if we did, he would have to give us a different type of shoes. I can tell you that those shoes are the most comfortable I've ever worn in my life. My daughter loved hers too. To my surprise, Eric comes back with more shoes to try on to see which one best seated our taste and comfort. He wanted us to try them all and walk around in the store. After trying 6 pairs, I narrowed down to the top 2. Then I put on each foot to see which one I liked more. Conclusion - the first pair for me. My daughter chose the last pair. Eric was so patient and sweet to us. I was impress with his service and the patience he had for us. We even bought socks and they were 25% off. He even mentioned that they have a good return policy and even after a few days if the shoes aren't for us, we can come back and return them. What?? 5 stars all the way. I cannot wait to come back. This is NOT the first time I've gotten a shoe fitting. First experience is with Phidppides and I can tell you that Big Peach Co is 100000x better. Seriously. I was only shown one shoe and did not measure my arch or record my running. Afterwards we went to Stone Mountain to hike up and down the mountain. I can tell you that my feet felt no pain and the shoes were so comfy and had a good grip. I am so impressed. I came home and told hubby. Now he wants his own pair.

    Visited yesterday to get new shoes to exercise in. The staff was very welcoming and immediately sat me down to assess my shoe size and even filmed me running to see if any corrections were needed. The associate helping me was so patient as I tried on 5+ different pairs and was knowledgeable and taught me a lot as well! She was also able to transfer the ones I wanted from another store, as they didn't have my size and color in Decatur. Can't recommend enough!

When I entered the store intending to purchase a simple white hat, none of the employees acknowledged my presence. Several associates were gathered together having a personal conversation about differences between people from Ohio, Mississippi, and Atlanta, while only one employee appeared to be assisting customers. After standing in the store for several minutes, an associate named Mya finally asked if I needed assistance. She retrieved the hat I requested but then simply walked away without directing me to the register or offering further help. I was left standing there holding the merchandise, unsure where I was supposed to go to complete my purchase. When Mya eventually began the checkout process, she did not ask for my membership information. I pay annually for the Lids loyalty program specifically to receive the advertised discount. When I asked her to look up my membership, rather than entering my information herself--as employees have done during every prior visit--I was instructed to walk behind the counter and use the employee computer terminal to enter my own information. This request was inappropriate and highly unprofessional. Customers should never be asked to operate employee equipment or stand behind the counter performing employee tasks. The situation became even more frustrating because the keyboard layout on the employee terminal was unfamiliar and not clearly labeled. I struggled to find the backspace key and had difficulty entering numbers within my email address because the keyboard did not clearly indicate the correct keys. This left me standing there, confused and embarrassed, attempting to operate an employee workstation while the associate watched. When I expressed that the process was difficult, Mya responded in a dismissive and condescending tone stating, "Well, this is what we have all of our customers do." If this is truly the practice at this location, then it represents a serious failure in customer service training and basic retail professionalism. Because of the condescending tone and the inappropriate request to use an employee terminal, I ultimately decided not to complete my purchase. When I asked for her name, she was reluctant to provide it, though I was able to identify it on her badge. She also stated that she would need to write a "report" about the interaction, which was confusing and unnecessary. As a long-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. A retail environment should prioritize customer service, professionalism, and respect. Instead, I encountered disengaged staff, poor communication, and treatment that made me feel like a burden rather than a customer. This interaction has unfortunately damaged my willingness to continue shopping at this location. I strongly encourage Lids corporate management to review the customer service practices and training at this store, particularly regarding: * Basic customer greeting and engagement * Proper checkout procedures * Loyalty program handling * Professional conduct and tone when interacting with customers * The inappropriate practice of asking customers to operate employee terminals I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers do not have the same experience.

Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.

This was said in front of other customers, which left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and singled out. I later found a picture of my slip and saw the store had made the error -- my name was written incorrectly on their end. Which was funny because I was told it was my fault and that in all the years the store had been operating, they had "never made a mistake." My name starts with an "S" why was there an "M" on the slip, I have no clue. Even after it was clear I was right, there was no apology or effort to make things right. In that moment, I did not feel I was given the same respect or fair treatment that another customer might have received. The entire interaction was unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
