We wanted to be off grid, and to connect our old panels to our new panels. This didn't work out. We were also promised a $15,000 rebate check by Jonathan and Nate. Jonathan told us it would take two weeks. Nate said it would take 4. Now, we're a couple months in and we haven't seen anything. I leave voicemails for the office and I get no reply. I really wish I would've gone with a bigger company with more experience. I feel somethings off here.
