He took the time to look at our boat and give us a thorough explanation about what we would need to get the effect we wanted and how he would go about it. I asked some questions and took some notes. He said "...so are you just getting info from me and then going to buy it on the internet?" I told him that I was new in the field and that I did not plan on making a blind purchase, as he kept pushing for me to get the most expensive equipment they had although it was not right for my vehicle. I did not end up buying online, but I am definitely not buying here.
