Second they got a couple of the stains out but some they didn't which were the same type of stain. One they didn't get the stain out of and basically just pilled the fabric up. One shirt they did get the deodorant out of the underarms which a normal washing would have done anyway but now it has several water type stain marks on the front that it didn't have when I brought it in so now I have to wash it to try to get them out. Third the coroner on one of the collared shirts was bent up when they pressed it! These were not mine originally and I got them from a storage unit. They are vintage Gucci polos, vintage RL sweater and a vintage Yves Saint Laurent polo. This would never happen in an old school dry cleaners. People are just lazy these days. I don't know if I will bring anything back here and if I do it certainly won't be anything valuable.

And who wants to wonder if their suit jackets will return with holes or buttons missing? Just short of $30 for four jackets, they are not cheap. But they do the job. If dry cleaning was a more frequent aspect of my life. Then yes I might complain about the price. But it's convenient and they do the job. They also seem to do comforters etc. just in case you need to get them cleaned.

When I went to pick up my order in July, she chastised me for my clothes being there too long. I explained to her that I was away on vacation, however, she continued to chastise and let me know that clothes need to be picked up within a week. It happened again this month, however, this time she called me to let me know. Once again, I was on vacation and when I went to pick up, she once again chastised me and continued to say that she has rent to pay. In my 40+ years of taking my clothes to (other) cleaners has anyone ever handled the situation as she did. I will not be taking my clothes there any longer.

Extremely disappointed with Happy Nest Laundry Service. They lost an entire bag of our laundry and,…read moreon three separate occasions, attempted to deliver clothing that did not belong to us. We returned each bag, but our missing laundry was never located. The only resolution offered was a $35 credit toward a future service -- not compensation -- which is unacceptable given that they lost our belongings. We no longer trust this company with our clothes and will not be using them again. Customer service showed little accountability or effort to make this right.

They were also very wrinkled. My dress was stained purple. I was supposed to get a welcome kit and bag...Never got that. When the clothes come back, they are folded and ready to put away. But because I simply put them away and didn't unfold everything until I was ready to use days later, HappyNest will not compensate me for my losses. At the very least they could credit me. But since I did not unfold all of my cleaned laundry to inspect it within 24 hours of getting it back, I have no rights to compensation. It was a great service until now. If you want to gamble with your clothes, it's a great service and not cheap. They are timely. Just prepare to unfold and inspect within 24 hours of getting it back. How convenient is that?

With only a couple of hours to go, I found some online at Macys Frederick (14 miles away), but the nice Holiday Inn Express hotel concierge suggested a dry cleaner in the area, Brunswick Cleaners may have some. 1.3 miles away, I rushed over there and sure enough, the gracious lady at the cash register had a couple to spare, it saved the day for me. I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile. He got in my face and said the price was not right and the next time I came in the dress would cost me three times the price I paid this time. I would not have been upset if he had just said there was a mistake in the pricing and been slightly kind, but he was so incredibly rude and made us feel threatened we left in a hurry. If he treats customers like this, can only imagine how he treats his employees The staff members were wonderful and so friendly, but I can not support a business who treats clients so poorly and then tells me, "OH WEll" when confronted later about his abusive behavior.
