I'm not familiar with prices, but I was quoted $27 for a full length wool coat and a week turn around time (just wanted to give a reference, in case it's helpful to other people). I didn't mind the long turn around time because it wasn't really an urgent matter for me. There were no surprise charges or extensions on the time for the service. My coat came back and is as expected. This location was super clean and organized the couple times I have come in. The lady, Jenny (spelling may be incorrect), that is there was really friendly and approachable. I have also observed her interact with other customers, and I've only ever witnessed pleasant interactions. There is ample parking. The location is also in a safe area close to George Washington University Virginia Science and Technology Campus. There are restaurants and other shops and services nearby. They offer alterations as well, but I have not had any need for this service. Should I use it in the future, I will update the review. I will most likely continue to use their services when I need it.

One shirt they did get the deodorant out of the underarms which a normal washing would have done anyway but now it has several water type stain marks on the front that it didn't have when I brought it in so now I have to wash it to try to get them out. Third the coroner on one of the collared shirts was bent up when they pressed it! These were not mine originally and I got them from a storage unit. They are vintage Gucci polos, vintage RL sweater and a vintage Yves Saint Laurent polo. This would never happen in an old school dry cleaners. People are just lazy these days. I don't know if I will bring anything back here and if I do it certainly won't be anything valuable.
