In addition to our wedding- we had our engagement shoot done by them. I cannot believe how relaxed Joe & Kaylyn made us feel! From steaming our clothes to moving pieces of hair out of my face in between shots, these two REALLY are professionals. You don't just get a point + shoot. All of our photos came out too beautiful for words. For our wedding, I did not hire a 'Day of Coordinator' thinking it was a small enough wedding & the people involved all knew their duties. HA!! WAS I WRONG!! Kaylyn not only spent the entire day getting ready with me (while Joe was with the guys) but once the wedding was really rolling she was the one to keep us all in order with the timeline! I cannot thank Kaylyn enough- she literally came in & saved my wedding! Without her I'm pretty sure we would've forgotten to cut our cake.. or even throw the bouquet! LOL :) As far as how long it took for the photos to come back I was so thrilled to see teasers to keep me satified until the whole set came to us (which was not very long at all)! I have heard horror stories of people waiting more than 3 months! That was not the case here at all. Their bright, uplighting style really catches the eyes + pops. I honestly cannot wait for our next big adventure that will need professional photos so I can work with them again!

He took the time to listen and understand what kind of portraits I wanted and made sure that we tried out all of my ideas. He even played around with black and white and other filters to give us a flavor for different images. Two things I would say (which is why I am not giving him five stars) for improvement for him and advice for other clients: 1. I would have appreciated it if he had followed through on having some inside shots. We had discussed this several times, especially since it was winter and we weren't sure what the weather was going to be like. If it snowed or rained, we would have been left with no shots because the place he had chosen for inside shots was closed... 2. Price - I didn't realize this fee was a blanket price. I was told it was per hour. We were only with him for 15 minutes. Ken, please be clear with people what their cost may be (i.e., does it include your processing and playing around in Photoshop?). I could and should have asked up front, but I do believe that is also the responsibility of the photographer to be clear about as well. Thank you for accommodating us on a cold day, Ken. Me and my family really appreciate it. The pictures came out great!

Jenn and Dan have to be two of the nicest people I have ever met and made us feel so comfortable. They really should be listed as BEST photographers in the northeast! I was nervous doing our engagement photos at first, but she quickly changed that, and I was able to relax and have fun. Same thing on our wedding day I was anxious but just simply talking with her I was able to breakdown that wall and enjoy the day. The teasers we have gotten back since the wedding has left me craving more! They captured everything, the emotions, the joy, the love, it's all there in every photo. These aren't just pictures; they're memories that we will be able to treasure for a lifetime!!
