Stopped here due to a fellow traveler having physical complaints which required topical analgesic…read morerelief. Walking many miles per day was a new routine and caught up with her, so very thankful to locate this convenient location and find every item she wanted on her long list. Store was well stocked and merchandise was easily accessible. Staff were helpful and efficient.

Recently I'd ordered two bottles of Extra Strength Antacid Tablets from CVS, when I had a discount…read morecoupon. Unfortunately their expiration date is just several months from now, and meanwhile each bottle has 250 pills (admittedly the suggested dosage is 3 pills at-a-time, but still....). There's no way we'd consume anywhere near 500 of those pills by their expiration date, so I wanted to exchange them for bottles that have a more reasonable expiration. Today I had to be just one block from this store for a medical appointment, and fortunately there were (only) two bottles available - and their expiration date was *much* more generous. I went to the cashier's counter, and the cashier explained that she needed to have a supervisor handle the exchange (and I'd brought my receipt with me). The shift supervisor was inexplicably *nasty*, and from the very beginning. Meanwhile; she told me she couldn't do an "even exchange" because the flavor was different than the ones I'd purchased (?!) - so she said I'd have to return the ones I'd bought and then purchase the other ones. I told her that I'd used a discount coupon when making the purchase, whereas a "new" purchase would *not* provide the discount. She continued being nasty and suddenly disappeared, and then she *finally* reappeared many minutes later. At that point she told me she'd confirmed with the store manager what she'd told me - but she should have had the courtesy to at least tell me why she was suddenly leaving, and her nastiness was totally inexcusable. Now I'm going to contact the CVS Customer Service Department, but I shouldn't have to waste so much time re: this situation - and most importantly, CVS shouldn't have an employee who's so nasty. (The only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one is because a very pleasant employee helped me find the location of the pills).

The musubis are the first vendor to the left as soon as you enter. During the day, you can make your selection and they'll place it in a container for you. Later in the day, all of the musubis are individually wrapped for you to grab and go. Now, iykyk that rice really makes the difference. Sure, anyone can make a musubi, but these ones are special. Rice quality was spectacular as were the ingredients. I enjoyed the mentaiko, kombu, shiso and spam and egg. All were so good and the perfect snack to grab before hopping on a flight! During the lunch hour, this place can get really busy. To pay, the line wraps around the interior of the store, but it moves so fast, so don't be scared off by it.

A couple of weeks ago, I reported witnessing an older male employee wearing a hat and mask quietly say 「何やってんだよ、テメェー」 toward a customer. Today, while I was trying to get my partner's attention in a busy, narrow aisle, this same employee muttered the exact same aggressive phrase at me under his breath. In response to my original complaint, you wrote: "We deeply regret the incident you described. This is not the experience we aim to offer. Your feedback is essential in helping us identify areas of improvement. We'll address this issue with our team to maintain respect and courtesy." How is this behavior still acceptable after I specifically reported it? What action was actually taken to address the first incident and prevent it from happening again? This is no longer an isolated incident or a misunderstanding. The same employee has repeatedly used insulting and aggressive Japanese toward customers, apparently assuming they will not understand him. I am Japanese, so I understood exactly what he said and how hostile it was. At this point, I am no longer convinced by a generic statement about "addressing the issue" or maintaining respect and courtesy. I would like management to explain what concrete action was taken following my original complaint, what will be done now, and how you intend to ensure that customers are not treated this way again. If this is the level of customer-service training and accountability being provided, it is clearly not working.
