The reply to my review is exactly what you would expect from a unethical/untrustworthy dealer, the paperwork pics. on line are only part of the 8 or so pages of things wrong with the truck. If Nick is going to question my honesty I can put the name and town of the trucks previous owner (James ?) on here with pics. of all the pages to prove who's being truthful. And this coming from liars who RATE THEMSELVES 5 stars. What a joke. The work was preformed between 9/1/16 and 9/6/16. The service adviser was M. Pierce. at Bison ford. R/O# 6144143/2. We had a very positive experience. Nick was great to deal with. There was an issue that had to be resolved by the owner who was very gracious and accommodating. Only giving this con-shop a star because negative stars wasn't an option. I wrote a review a month or so ago and it is gone now. Not sure how it was removed because this place is a joke. Sold me a truck that needed over $20,000 worth of work and I found paperwork in the truck from the previous owner stating so. and they lied right to my face and said it was a good truck. I believed nick and you shouldn't . Terrible business. I will tow my vehicle to Billings or Great Falls before heading back here. Everything about this business sucks, I have no confidence in their ability to complete a simple oil change without screwing it up, and then charging too much while denying fault. I am betting any positive reviews are employees or compensated in other ways. read more
