But when I arrived at the shop, she completely changed her story. The staff inside inspected my car and agreed the tints were faded--especially the rear window. My car was supposed to be tinted 20% all around, but you can clearly see in the photos that the front windshield is much darker than the back. One of the workers even pointed that out himself. Things took a turn when he called the owner to confirm, and she got on the phone pretending like I hadn't called just two hours earlier. She claimed the shop had "changed owners" the same year I got my tint done, and because of that, they no longer honor the lifetime warranty. If that's the case, why did she tell me otherwise on the phone? Why keep the same shop name, same logo, and same prices--but conveniently refuse to honor warranties from the "old owner"? To make it worse, she offered to redo the tint--for $20 less than what I paid originally. Not exactly a solution when I just wasted a 45-minute drive and had already been misled. Giving two stars only because the workers inside were respectful and admitted the sun fading was obvious. Otherwise, it'd be a one-star review. Bottom line: Save your money and skip the warranty--they'll find an excuse not to honor it. And who knows... they might just "change owners" again when it's inconvenient for them.

Not only did he create a new $600-$800 problem on top of the $1,600 but he didn't have the decency to speak to me like a gentlemen, just threw his hands up and walked away. Ironically enough, I called around and found out that this has been the theme with Leo lately, overcharging and never taking accountability. If this was 2-3 years ago, I'd recommend him all day. I brought my model X in for a full film wrap and couldn't be happier with the results. Dominic was patient with me, answered all my questions before the work started, did a great review of the x before taking it in (pointing out all the manufacturer issues) and gave me an honest and fair market price for the job (even being so close to the city). While other detailers estimated a day or two for a full wrap, Dominic put it at a minimum of 4 days so the job could be done right and he was spot on. The vehicle paint and finish doesn't come perfect from the manufacturer so Dominic got it up to snuff. Its not just a drive in, get a wrap and drive out. Its more of a drive in, Dominic treats your car better than you would, does a patient and professional job and you drive out looking even better then you could imagine. Insurance won't cover the rock chips, bird droppings and other routine wear and tear of the roads so you get paint protection film. Looks great 2 days after as per their directions. Giving 4 stars because the guy tinting was interrupted mid job by a random woman who convinced him to work on her car instead. He was hesitant at first, then obliged and it took him more than an hour to take care of her car before coming back. When I questioned it, I was told the soap they applied on the windshield needed to dry for more than an hour before tint could be applied. Also worth mentioning, if you don't speak Russian or their language, you will need to talk to one of their translators to communicate with the tinters.
