I gave The shop a call, Mark answered the phone when I asked him the quick questions about the installation he gave me a time frame and I showed up. Mark hooked up the headlights and despite how hot & humid the day his whole staff entertained me with a conversation while they all were working. I couldn't finish the job because I lacked the Bulb kit necessary but Mark pulled through yet again told me to come by next week and he'll install that too for a fair price. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I would rate the sound quality a 9.5 out of 10, and it now has the refined, premium sound I was hoping to achieve. Their price beat the others, but what closed the deal was that they had everything needed to install the system. The others said they would need to order the harness or some other part. When people have EVERYTHING they need, it speaks volumes about how committed they are to the product. We were told the installation would take about 2 hours, but in the end, it took 4 and a half hours. Some people might be turned off by this, but I work with machines all the time, and when things take longer than expected, it simply shows they are NOT cutting corners and they are tying to do the best possible job. When the job was complete, I thanked them for being thorough, and I told them to bill me for any unforeseen parts or labor. My offer was turned down, and we drove out with a beautiful new radio. Once again, I work on machinery every day, and I can't conceive of any one else doing as good a job as these people.
