Let me start off by saying how fortunate I was to have discovered this business over a simple google search a couple years back. Fast forward and numerous trips back to Fernando's shop as a customer, I can still remember the warm reception I had received from both him and his wife when first stepping foot inside their business door. They both presented to me a genuine, warm side to Staten Island, as I was new to the area then. I could not help but observe how meticulous to detail Fernando was and the level of teamwork and respect he had shown to his wife during the whole process of working on my previous Mustang. Immediately, after my first visit, I just knew that this would be the place I would always go back to. His recent work on my Corvette is off the charts. The subtle changes he crafted made all the difference in making this vehicle my very own. Fernando does not cut corners and is a true artist to his craft. Here, I always listen to his honest suggestions on ideas going forward with my car, where he would be blunt to tell me if a certain modification I had suggested was unnecessary- even though he could have easily charged me more for doing these extra services. Fernando and his wife are sincere and just owners of a business that I would recommend to anyone! They are up front and really take their job seriously. Owner has an attitude, can't speak English properly. Told me one price online when I got there it was a different price. I told him I'm not paying with card, only cash. I walk-in he still wants me to pay the deposit with the card and giving me attitude. I live close by and I didn't mind waiting or coming back later. I have multiple cars all tinted so I know how this all works. I will be taking my business elsewhere where the owner has some proper customer service and respect. read more

I met Fernando Sainz the owner of Sainz Design and window tinting in Staten Island thru a customer that owns studio in motion Hair Salon when she need to replace her front windshield for her mobile Hair Studio Salon on wheels .. it was an emergency she needed to replace it that day.. when it was raining that day ...due to the weather I couldn't replace the customers windshield outside in the rain.she ( studio in motion) spoke to Sainz Design Fernando and he allowed us to use his garage didn't charge me anything & didn't expect anything and I respect him for that. Very honest and knowledgeable person. Does his research in regards to commercial building windows tinting requirements instead of just using incompatible films and walking away from it.
