The man promptly gave me choices for an appointment and was professional and informed. When the technician arrived, I was surprised to see that it was the same person who had assisted me over the phone. Eric called to check in with me before starting the operation where he introduced himself. He was courteous, friendly, as well as professional. When he arrived, he reviewed his plan of action succinctly and completed it in no time at all. Before leaving, he updated me that everything went smoothly and without any issues. They gave me a nice looking hand drawn diagram with the cost break down. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. They installed the system well and I has been operating without any issues for the past 6 seasons. You just need them once to close up for the season. They will book that appointment for you. And that cost is reasonable as well. Maybe I'm the outlier but I've been very happy with Tradewind.

This year I asked if that option would be available again and received an email stating it would be. As I never received an invoice for the prepay, I emailed the beginning of March requesting it, no response. I called today and was told there was not a prepay option and I could not now prepay because the discounts had expired. I will no longer use them and am so disappointed by their service to this long time customer.
