They actually left us a big box full of manuals and instructions, so the info. might be somewhere in there. God works in mysterious ways... I really needed an irrigation specialist to teach me how to use the system and, most importantly, to Winterize the system when the time comes. Pedro wrote my name and all contact info for me to become a new customer. He also walked me through the whole setup of the system and found one leaking pipe, which he immediately fixed. They gave me a nice looking hand drawn diagram with the cost break down. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. They installed the system well and I has been operating without any issues for the past 6 seasons. You just need them once to close up for the season. They will book that appointment for you. And that cost is reasonable as well. Maybe I'm the outlier but I've been very happy with Tradewind.
