I was notified prior to the date of the party of the drop-off time, but it wasn't picked up until very late In the day (I did not receive any communication and it got so late that I ended up contacting them to make sure it would be picked up that day). So my only suggestions would be for them to reach out to the customer as a confirmation a few days prior to scheduled date (only because reservation was via 3rd party app so I ended up contacting them to ensure everything was a go) and provide clearer time frames for drop-off/pick-up of the bounce house. Otherwise I would definitely use them again and recommend.

We ordered an inflatable unit to be used indoors. When it arrived it was FILTHY!! It had not been cleaned from previous rental! There was still candy and balloons inside when the set it up. It was soaking wet and covered in grass and mud and it smelled so terrible! I had to pay an additional cleaning fee to the venue it was so nasty. All the kids left filthy and smelled like mold and several parents complained about how nasty it was. I was very disappointed.
