I have used this business for well over 6 years for our parties and neighbors for at least 10. It has always been a great experience until this year. We ordered an inflatable unit to be used indoors. When it arrived it was FILTHY!! It had not been cleaned from previous rental! There was still candy and balloons inside when the set it up. It was soaking wet and covered in grass and mud and it smelled so terrible! I had to pay an additional cleaning fee to the venue it was so nasty. All the kids left filthy and smelled like mold and several parents complained about how nasty it was. I was very disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- Public health issue. Recently attended a birthday party where the slide was provided by Now It's a Party. My child started breaking out with a staph/MRSA infection a few days later in bathing suit bottom area, and after speaking to 5 other moms whose children used the slide ALL FIVE of their kids also have a current staph infection. DO NOT USE. I repeat, DO NOT USE this company- they are providing equipment that is not safe for use. read more

Do not use! Used for years never a problem. May 2025 ordered a pink bouncy with a pool. Received a call same day as my party was advised the unit I paid for and ordered was not clean. Was told they would send the same item, different color. I was also charged $25 more than was listed on their website. Total flop, the pool had a hole in it, in which his Guys identified the very next morning (I think they already knew, the Gut went to the big hole, IMMEDIATELY). Total disaster, had to run out and purchase pools for my grand's 1 year old birthday party. Reached out to owner, said he would investigate. I've phoned many times for a resolution and crickets! Effective August 2025, still no word. I at least deserved a partial refund. The kids didn't even get a chance to use it as my yard was flooded with water. Couldn't even utilize the jumpy because we had to clear the yard. Totally disappointed. Will never use again, nor will I refer to my friends, as I have over the years. read more

we were initially thrilled with booking with this company. I booked the Enchanted Castle which fit my daughter's party theme perfectly. the delivery driver called me the day before saying he was coming to deliver our bounce house early which was great but he didn't have the castle we rented. instead of a castle fit for a princess we got a roaring River... the delivery guys were wonderful and apologetic, it wasn't their fault at all so we were just happy to have something set up for the party. when I called the manager, Brian, on Monday he said he would find out what happened and get back in touch. he has since ignored my calls and texts but has read receipts on so I know he received them. I wanted an explanation not to be ignored. this type of behavior is so unprofessional. read more

Would not recommend. Insisted on delivering the bounce house a day before, even though big storms were forecasted and we questioned doing so. "Don't worry, it dries in 1-2 hours." Sure enough, it flooded with 2-3 feet of water in some pockets. Took over an hour and two of us to dry it out. This company does not answer calls either. You get an email or automatic text, from different phone numbers. They never returned our phone call. In addition, after booking and asking for confirmation; they sent an email asking if we are still interested in renting. Huh? Worst of all, must pay cash, so no refund recourse other then spending more time writing a review like this. Beware. Only positive was that it was installed fine and they showed up. read more

We rent a waterslide every year for my kids. This year, we used now it's a party. They delivered the unit the night before, which was fine but we didn't need, so they just inflated it for a minute to show it came up, we didn't test w water or anything. The next morning, we set up the slide for the party, and something weird is going on where the middle lane is all puffed up bc air is getting into it, and the Velcro keep coming undone. So I call, and ask repeatedly for someone to come look, and the guy who answered (owner) is clearly out at a restaurant or bar, and pretty much says he'll see what he can do but doesn't know where his guys are or how far away. So we start using with the other lane, but within two hours, the unit collapsed completely. Guy never sent anyone out, refused to do that now that the unit was unusable, and now I'm sitting here waiting for the refund he said he'd give me. I get that things happen, but the complete lack of customer service is ridiculous. Think twice before reserving here, unless you are willing to have your child's party ruined. read more

Used them for a birthday party over the weekend and am very satisfied with their service. It was very easy to make a booking via their website and the owner is available on text to answer any questions or to provide more information. Brian (the owner) is very prompt at getting back to you. I booked the Wet Adventure Combo Package (with a popcorn and cotton candy machines). The rental was for Saturday June 17, from 10.30am to 6 pm. I received an email reminder about the booking on June 13. The email had helpful tips and reminders to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the D-day. I was pleasantly surprised when Brian called me on Thursday evening to ask if his crew could come and set up for the party on Friday itself. The crew of two was in touch with me on Friday to let me know what time I can expect them to come set up. They were very friendly and professional. The crew arrived on time and set up very quickly and efficiently. The inflatable was cleaned onsite in front of me and they did a very thorough job. the popcorn and cotton candy machines were very clean and they provided plenty of supplies (popcorn and bags, floss sugar and cones). Needless to say, the kids had a wonderful time playing on the water slide!! Several of the parents asked me where we rented the inflatable from and I was only too happy to pass along the details. My 7 year old and his friends told me that it was the 'best birthday party ever"! Clean up was a breeze as well. Over the summer I used this operation 3 times. The first time they did everything pretty okay. They dropped off on time and picked up early, due to rain. It took some talking and additional messages, but we did get a discount, since it was picked up early, for a different day. So we rented it again about a month later. This time the drivers were rude when dropping off, wouldn't allow us to place it where we wanted it placed. When they came to pick up, they didn't have enough help. So me the homeowner and three additional friend had to help them to upload there item on the truck. No thanks or compensation. This last time rented on 9-5 has been by far the worst. We rented the item off the website for the requested price and had a scheduled drop off at 1030 and pick up at 8pm. After dropping off and setting up they stated they would pick up at 6pm. I messaged the owner to no response for hours. He finally said he agreed that my purchase is valid. They still showed up at 6 and took my sons birthday inflatable. They tried to give me 50 dollars to compensate but that was an insult. I have spent over 1200 dollars in three months and this co.pany will never get another dollar from me. The owner can not run his business, he let's his rude abrasive staff make decisions for him. They didn't want to work until 8pm because today Monday 9-6 is a holiday. Rude, unprofessional, liars. The drivers are the same with one (light skinned 18 yr old starting a fight with my family memeber.) if you want a horrible experience just rent from these people. Save your money and give to a business that appreciate s the return business. The owner never apologized just ran from his enormous issues like a coward. read more

Great experience with Now It's a Party! The bounce house was clean as was the cotton candy machine. Both were easy to use and the kids had a blast! I was so pleased and impressed by this company. We rented an 18' water slide and a snow cone machine. They were able to deliver and set up earlier than I had scheduled which allowed my children some extra time to play before guests arrived. The gentlemen who delivered were extremely professional.
