Mark and his team are really talented, dedicated, on time, and hard working people (and they clean up perfectly every day to ensure I am not inconvenienced and my living areas are not compromised). Mark is a very honest and patient person who has consulted with me along the way; offering different options with pros and cons to help me make the right decisions for me. Right from the start he knew what I wanted and quickly adapted to options that fit within my design plans (along with providing ideas I had not even thought of but have since implimented). He will be building custom kitchen cabinets for me, as his work here is spectacular - he is a true talent in this area. I am really looking forward to that portion of the project. We are on schedule and the space is coming a long very nicely.

Just another poor review for Cedar Cross Overhead Door…read more.. First of all the young man that installed the door was superb, I wish I had his name and could offer him a shout out. On the other hand, here is the rest of the story... I paid in full ($2,474.88) for the garage door on January 17 and scheduled an installation for February 28. I called two days before the installation was scheduled and confirmed that everything was on track. Yes was the reply. I took the morning off in order to be on site during the install. The night before the install was scheduled, I was informed that the door components were not there and the install needed to be rescheduled. It was rescheduled for March 27... Really. By the way, I got one remote with the garage door ( I guess this is normal?). So, I called and talked to two people at the Overhead Door office and asked if I could get another remote. Oh sure, you betcha, no problem. What is your address? We will get one right out to you. Sure enough three days later I got another remote!! Yeah! And then a few days after that I get an invoice for $49.99!!! for a ladder, apparently that's what they call a garage door opener remote.

He explained wonderfully every aspect of the move. He gave what proved to be a very accurate estimate of how long the move would take. Another company I called gave an hourly rate but did not come to my place so had no idea what needed to be moved or how long it would take and thus how much it would cost. After speaking with Roger I was confident that all of my belongings would be handled in the most careful, professional and efficient way. Powell Express is a very professional operation with great equipment to make the move as efficient as possible. All went smoothly. If I ever move again I will definitely call Powell Express to do the job.
