Garbage everywhere, folding tables dirty and nasty. Bags of trash laying all over in the back. I talked to the new owner personally and voiced that he would lose this business over a child running it and the filth. He rudely dismissed it. Well maybe he learned something. When your customers tell you there is a huge problem and you choose to ignore it, you no longer have a business.

She would lock us out before the actual closing time, while our clothes were still in the dryer drying. We would have to call the number on the window and she would answer and say "I thought you guys were not going to show up"(the call was before 8pm/closing time). They close at 8pm but if you walk in at 7:04pm you were not allowed to wash since they were "closing" because no one was in there. We are Hispanics and she would treat us very very different from the other customers whom would walk in while we were in there (white customers). Very polite to everyone but us. Rita would never great us nor ever have conversations like she would with everyone else. Yes she has great washing machines and dryers but her personality and attitude towards us would make us feel so uneasy and unwelcoming. We eventually stopped being customers there and would drive the 30 min to bowling green to use other laundromats. If you are people of color please avoid this place.
