I thought that was much but they told me up front and I paid for it. They call me less than 7 days before the prom with an outrageous price of nearly $500 for a hemming. I am very disappointed. I will definitely have to take my services elsewhere. We gave them plenty of time to do the dress. It has not been touched and with less than a week when I need it you call me....please!! Shortly after I arrived, an employee approached me and said that if I wanted to wash the items in the third basket, I would need to start that load within five minutes. I explained that I wasn't going to wash the third basket because there wouldn't be enough time before closing. I later took that basket back out to my car. After washing my two loads, I was moving the second load to the dryers when the employee became upset. She told me I was barely going to have enough time to dry my clothes and accused me of lying because she thought I had started the third load after telling her I wouldn't. She repeatedly asked where the third basket was, and I explained that I had already returned it to my car, though she didn't seem to believe me. Because of the interaction, I decided not to put my second load in the dryer. Instead, I packed the wet clothes into a laundry basket, placed clean sheets on top, and took everything to my car. As I was preparing to leave, the employee came outside, knocked on my car window, and apologized, saying, "Sorry I was short with you. I thought you had lied to me." She then asked whether I had put my clothes in the dryer. I told her no, because I knew it was close to closing time and wanted to make sure she could leave on time. As a result, I left with wet clothes in my car and now have to wash them again.

Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this business due to their refusal to take responsibility for damaging expensive property and their complete lack of communication. Recently, we picked up his laundry to find the front zipper on his insulated Carhartt overalls was completely destroyed/separated. These are heavy-duty work pants that cost around $200. When we contacted the business, they claimed their machines "couldn't do that" and that the zipper must have been broken before drop-off. This is factually impossible. My husband drove directly from work to the laundry service and took the overalls off inside the business lobby to hand them over. Your own security cameras will clearly show him walking in wearing them and taking them off--which proves the zipper was in working order when they entered your care. To make matters worse: 1. We have been patient customers. A few months ago, an ink pen was left in the wash and ruined several items. We didn't ask for a refund then; we were understanding and let them fix what they could. 2. Now that we have a serious claim, the employees are giving us the runaround, refusing to provide the owner's contact information, and my emails to the website are being ignored. Accidents happen, but refusing to check your own cameras, blaming the customer, and ghosting us is unacceptable business practice. We simply want the cost of the repair or replacement covered. Until this is resolved, I warn others to be careful with valuable clothing here.

This place is oooooold and sadly the building shows it. The ceiling us patched over in places with temporary fixes from what I can only imagine is water damage. It's a she too because the ceiling is rather ornate. The walls are dirty and the paint is peeling. They have standard top loaders, commercial large capacity machines and large stack dryers. The prices are reasonable for being in a college town. The owners of this location also own two other laundromats in town, one in downtown which is in similar conditions and the other on the opposite side of the street of Jiffy Lube, also on S. Main.

I put the $1.75 in the machine, the machine ran out of time and not a single soap sud was produced by the wand. Put another $1.75 in the machine Used the "bubble brush" and scrubbed the front of my car upto the back of the front two doors. Put another $1.75 in the machine and still no soap from the wand. Put another $1.75 in the machine used the"bubble brush" to scrub the rear of the car, started to use the wand again, still no soap. Put I. another $1.75 and rinsed the entire car with still no soap. All the while the arms that the bubble brush and the wand are connected to kept getting caught on one another requiring me ti stop working and go untangle them repeatedly.
