Asked a gentleman at the front desk about a laundry and he recommended two places; I stumbled upon Blue Bubble while going for lunch. I stopped in the day before I checked out of the hotel and dropped off my laundry around 9AM. The very sweet young woman checked me in and told me my clothes would be ready around 2PM. I received a text message right before Noon alerting me that my laundry was ready for pickup. I don't like strong detergents with my laundry, and the smell was not overwhelming. The overall experience was great. If I'm ever in need of laundry service again while in WPB, I'll go back to Blue Bubble.

The machines can also be paid for using an app you download with a credit card for convenience. I think it was around $4 for a medium washer (cold regular) and $1.50 for dryer (medium heat 30 min). The place is fairly clean, there are bathrooms, vending machines, wifi, neighboring wifi, tv's, music, comfortable seats, water fountains, lots of folding tables, laundry carts, and even a couple coin game machines. The place was not crowded when I went and then are even 24hrs apparently over the weekend. Hardest part is downloading the app. The shopping center it is located in is not congested and also has a Dunkin donuts and Publix.

As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel.

Appears that they have a wash and fold service - lots of bagged clothes and bedding plus dry cleaning. This isn't a modern, pristine place with the latest in tech and gadgetry - buy or bring your own soap, add it yourself to the machine, hang out in one of the many seats available, chat with a local or work at a table and wait a relatively short period. It seems like everyone from the nice surrounding neighborhood uses this place. Annie was awesome - super-friendly and helpful. Always greeting regulars and engaging anyone who looked like they needed help. Very happy to have found this place.

Loaded with money, added detergent, waited til machine started moving then placed an alarm. 30 minutes later I'm back and clothes are completely dry. Not a drop of water on the clothing. Had to jiggle the handle to get everything started. I guess ask a regular that can hopefully point you in the right direction.
