Well, what a nice surprise. Local friends brought us here to celebrate a birthday. A cool restaurant right next to the highway makes it easy to find, with plenty of parking around the building. We walked in and didn't wait long for a nice table by the big front windows. The ambiance feels like a cozy cabin getaway in the woods. I liked it! The service was suitable for a busy lunchtime; lots of people at the bar watching several sports games, including some of the FIFA game. Cool for them! And appreciated by me. Duffys is known for its wings, with several flavor options on the menu, but I didn't have those. I ordered the steak fajitas--it was a generous portion served with tortillas I'll definitely give this place another try. I'd like to come back during winter so I can enjoy the difference in seasons. I waited 45 minutes on an extremely uncomfortable chair and I was about ready to eat my hand and when the food came out, they left the chicken way too long in the fryer so it turned tough and greasy and flaky. I couldn't even finish it. It was so bad. and the celery that was served alongside it just tasted like pesticides. read more

The food here has always been good. They are known for their hot wings. The 2-stars is for the service. I enter and line up to be seated (with lots of tables open) and am told it will be a 20 minute wait because the kitchen is behind. I took my wife out for her birthday steak today, which we did last year also here and had a similar experience. We hoped for better this year by going earlier.... it was actually worse this time. We were seated quickly in the room adjacent to the bar with the shorter tables. Only one other guest was in this room, and the bar area had maybe 3 tables with guests.... not very busy. The bartender/hostess sat us and took our beverage order. We had hoped to have a couple of drinks before the meal. After about 20 minutes mine was almost gone which I assumed a good waiter would have noticed when he came to take our order. 15 minutes later our meal came and I decided that I would like a soft drink with the meal, which I asked him for at that time. 10 minutes later my meal is nearly half eaten and he's not back yet, so I got up and went to the bar and asked for a water. He noticed me from the other end of the bar where the drink dispenser was located and the bartender told him that I would like a water. He then asked, oh you don't want the soft drink now? I don't believe that we will be giving this place a third attempt. The food was good though. The prices are more like 3 dollar sign rating, not the 2 that is shown. $46 for a 7 oz steak, a burrito, 1 beer, and 1 rum and coke.... during happy hour. read more

If you are looking for great tasting food and courteous, prompt service, then this is your restaurant. We sat on the patio, which is quite large and perfect for those nice days when you want to sit outside. Plenty of seating was also available inside the building, too. I ordered a half order of the Parmesan Cheese Fries with Bacon and I can't imagine how big a full order must be. Definitely a hefty serving and very delicious! Plenty of melted, gooey cheese and bacon and the fries were not soggy. My company ordered the Cajun dry rub bone-in wings and before I could even ask how they were, they were gone. Always a good sign! Our server was very friendly and checked on us often to see if we needed anything. My only complaint is that my Strawberry Margarita didn't even have the slightest bit of tequila taste to it. However, that was not enough for me to give the experience any less than 5 stars. read more

WING GOD'S HAVE BLESSED ME! Seriously though, the wings here are amazing. They make their own in house buffalo and it is the best thing since sliced bread. I was also impressed with their Prairie Fire sauce, I don't usually come across spicy wings in small towns and I love that they have you try the sauce before ordering, we thought that was hilarious! But, yes it is hot and I love hot (spicy challenge hot)! The food portions are generous and prices are fair. The only thing I won't come here for are drinks they were weak I still really question if there was liquor at all. But, not matter what I'll stop whenever I am out that way. read more

This so our third time here to Duffy' s and it gets better and better each time . The wings truly are addictive , as the sign says. The side of onion rings for $5 could feed two. Rolling buy and the look of the place really caught my eye. I was hungry and so I stoped in. Really cool place, has that log cabin feel. Lots of neat little sayings on the wall and Harley chachki throughout the bar! I had the green olive burger and tots..... (gotta have tots!) All right, as you can read from the other reviews: the honey-mustard-buffalo "Gold Rush" wings are fantastic. I've never been to Duffy's where I HAVEN'T ordered a plate. What needs to be known though, is that "Gold Rush" isn't the only flavor - in fact, there's another called "Prairie Fire." Now, let me try to explain these wings through an analogy. Ecologically speaking, a Prairie Fire is a beautiful thing: high flames raze the field, spread by the open wind, until a great rain comes and leaves the field warm, smoldering ash. The freshly-fertilized soil then inspires new life - a natural cycle as inevitable as the sunrise. When old friends and I return home to Montevideo, we'll occasionally visit Duffy's and order a plate of "Prairie Fire." High flames raze the taste buds! You blow gasp blow but the flames only spread! The forehead perspires and the great rain of tears leave your face looking like a warm cinder. When it's over, you're thankful for your life - but you'll do it again: as inevitable as the sunrise. read more

Quite good. Quick, attentive service, prompt refills on drinks, and I had a good, juicy burger. The restaurant atmosphere is fun cabin casual. My only (minor) complaint was the portion sizes were ridiculously large. They filled my generous basket with tots, and my wife's with at least three thousand calories of onion rings. I brought home half the burger and most of the tots. After eating way too many, we threw out over half of the rings. read more

Had never really eaten here before because it is either too busy or my peasant compatriots I am with want toppers or fast food. Tried it solo (just saw that movie) and wow. Great wings, some of the best around the area I have had, the gold rush in particular. I am a wing freak and crown these supreme in town and around. Party of 5 on a Saturday night. I realize it's going to be a longer wait and I'm ok with that. The way they seat seems a bit haphazard but that's ok. I'm being patient after all right? Finally we get seated and it's over an hour before we get our food which is humble but ok. Right before our food came we finally let the waitress know how late it was getting and that we weren't happy and she still charged is full price. I know it's busy and I can sympathize but an hour wait after you've been seated in any situation is far too long. Spending 2 hours in a restaurant is not only going to upset customers but also cost you a lot of money. My previous encounters have been ok but this was insulting and I won't be back. read more

Great wings! The Gold Rush (I believe it's called) is wonderful- the sauce is a mix of honey mustard and buffalo. We went on a Monday night, and the place was PACKED.
