What might have been a below average experience was saved by our server Kaila. Our attempt to settle our bill using the InKind payment system failed, but Kaila determined it was associated with the Duffy's wide outage that had not accepted any credit card payments the previous day. We accepted this explanation but we mentioned it was a shame we would lose our $10 off $30 InKind promotion that was about to expire. Kaila said she could give us a $10 discount, so we did lose this discount. In addition, we ordered a Paloma which was delivered with an extremely sweet mixer instead of the normal grapefruit juice or grapefruit flavored soda water. She returned with a tequila and soda, along with a glass of grapefruit juice to flavor as desired. Perfect solution! We will be back! read more

This Duffy's is awesome! My family are regulars here. I came with them when I was on vacation a few nights ago and had a great experience. Seating was quick. Server was so so kind and really made sure we were happy with everything. I got a burrito bowl and it was so good! All the food I've tried has been great. We were seated immediately and got a booth as requested. Our server, Xinnia, was very friendly. She kept our drinks topped off and checked on us throughout our meal. She's a keeper. Service is very important to me. We ordered firecracker shrimp as an appetizer. It came out very quickly. It had a hint of spice and was very good. My husband said his Prime Time burger was extremely good. He said it was one of the better burgers he has had in a while. The onion rings topped on the burger were a nice touch. I loved my bacon cheeseburger. It was cooked perfectly. The loaded tater tots were tasty as well. My friend said her margaritas were delicious. As always the 2 for 1 drinks were a plus. I'm at a 3.5, really...the food wasn't that great...regular ole chain place type food. It was a gray, barely chilly day, but I felt like soup. I got the French onion and forgot to get a photo of it.... WOOPS But the taste was alright, not great. But the giant pretzel and the ahi nachos I do have photos of. The pretzel was really big....REALLY REALLY BIG! You can share with like 4 people! It was good. And the nachos looked amazing, I heard they were pretty good too. We ate at Duffys after a Cardinal spring training ball game. Wow! Was it busy. We were lucky to find a parking spot and even luckier to find two seats at the bar. Sean was our bartender and he was tasked with taking care of all of the bar patrons plus the drinks for the restaurant. We sat for a bit and observed Sean work. He was calm and focused. Kind and helpful. He took our drink orders and added conversation regarding drinks and food. They have a great 2 for 1. I ordered Tito's and soda and my husband had draft beer. He was quick and attentive. When our drinks were low- he quickly replenished our glasses. Then asked us if we wanted menus. He shared details on the food specials. I ordered blackened Mahi with green beans and a baked potato. My husband had the Ribfix with fries. The food arrived quickly and hot! My green beans were amazing. Fresh and delicious. The Mahi was perfectly made and juicy. My potato was hot with butter and sour cream on the side. Yum!!! The Ribs were hot and really good. The fries were a tasty bite. This Duffy's has the absolute worst service of any Duffy's Ive ever been to. Everytime I come in, there's never a host to greet me and it always takes so long to be seated. Today was the last straw for me and I won't ever return. After waiting over five minutes without even a greeting, a server finally acknowledges me and says someone will be right with me. Another five minutes go by and still nothing, so I left. And this is during the slow time of day so I hate to imagine how bad it is when they're busy. I want to start out that I never write bad reviews but this time I am I ordered dry wings from Duffy's on West Indiantown Road. They came full of hot sauce on their website for sauce. It just says other it does not dictate any type of sauce did not give me the option to put any type of sauce, so I called Duffys since we are patrons of Duffys for the past 25 years. I spoke to the manager, Andrew who is of no use he kept inferring that DoorDash made the wings. I said no DoorDash did not make the wings. Duffys made the wings. The end result is he was very abstinent non-caring not helpful. We haven't been back to a duffy's in a while and wanted to stop in. Other than a light wait after being seated because our server was running around nonstop to her other tables. We got greeted very fas, prompt, she took our drink order. Now if you're looking for a place with great 2 for 1 drinks this is your place to go. They have a ton if different drinks. The lemonades are top tier. Try one or their Duffy's MVP margarita I think it was? It was delicious. Ordered on the website and food arrived pretty fast but the wings needed to be cooked more and everything else was cold. The celery they gave us with the wings was DISGUSTING. Not sure who thinks it's ok to give rotten food to customers, but they probably shouldn't work in food service. We don't order from here that often, but we haven't had this issue in the past, so I'm hoping it isn't the norm. I will say that the Philly French dip was tasty after we warmed it up. You would think if you take the time to garnish ti step up presentation, you would use fresh vegetables. How hard is it to set the garnish in ice water to keep the freshness in?
