    Lobster Noodles

Every week my Wife and I do Friday date night. We frequent mid-price restaurants. Lately it seems like they've all missed the mark. Bland food. Tonight we did Yard House. What a great experience. Our server Bird was attentive and pleasant. The food looked good and tasted delicious. I ordered the Whiskey- Glazed Salmon. I like my salmon medium rare and most of the time it comes back overcooked. Not tonight. Perfect. My Wife had the lobster noodles and she said it was loaded with lobster. A great dining experience.

Yard House is always a good place to go, grab a couple of drinks, some apps and unwind after a long day. Service is great and the location is awesome! We love coming here. Garlic noodles is great and I add chicken. Delish!

Great spot for lunch, after work cocktails, or dinner. My hubby always orders the grilled cheese with bacon and sun-dried tomatoes and tomato bisque. I like to try different things and appreciate the extensive menu. The service is typically good, but fantastic when Chris is in the house!

I've only heard good things about Yard House and I'm glad everyone was right! It's a nicer restaurant on the inside. I'd say resort casual. I didn't may this time so I cannot make any full remarks about pricing. Came in here yesterday with a party of 6 around 1pm. We started off with waters and it wasn't too busy. They have the beers dyed green for st. Patrick's Day. That was a fun addition to things. Then we ordered cheese curds and the onion ring. Tower as an appetizer. Our server wasn't that good. It took him 15 minutes to come back to take our order so I ended up just doing it on the little kiosk on the table. Other than the beer. Our drinks were sitting in the bar for a while to the point where the bartender just came over and dropped them off. Our server didn't come back until it was time to pay, but that's enough about him. I ordered their mix and match taco special. I got two beer batter fish tacos and one birria. Another person at the table got the Poké bowl when I was able to try that and it was delicious. We will definitely be back!

I used to frequent the Yard House in Honolulu and was hoping for the same experience. This wasn't that. We showed up and the hostess took as all long the restaurant deciding where to seat us. Menus were plopped on the table and she walked away. Our server was very sweet but very uninterested in actually serving us. She kept talking about what she would order. She actually stood there trying to figure out how to put our order into the table kiosk. She wasn't the person bringing our food. She said she was going to get our drinks. Someone else brought them. We watched her keep waiting for them at the bar. Ahi tuna stack was good. I ordered a medium rare burger and got well done. The server tried to take my plate as I was literally eating off of it. Restaurant looks nice but the service is terrible. Floors were sticky.

This is my go to spot for lunch and happy hour. They have all types of food here. Every location is great, they do not disappoint. My favorite are the poke nachos, burger sliders and calamari. Definitely recommend and if you are a beer lover this is the place for you, they have tons of beers on tap and in bottles. Love this place, they have the best sweet tea.

Stopped here for a quick bite wasn't too busy and we got seated right away. I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup and added avocado to the sandwich. I really like how they use a variety of cheeses and that the soup isn't too creamy. It was well balanced. Defintely will come back again as the food was good and the service was quick and efficient.

Had a great dinner with friends this weekend to celebrate a friend's 40th. We all enjoyed the food. It's been a minute since I've eaten at a yard house. I was sad to find out they no longer have the buffalo cauliflower bites on the menu. However they had a ton of tasty looking items on there that I would get next time I'm back. My fiancé got the jambalaya with spicy rice and it was really good, like had to be the best I've had. We got the garlic mushroom noodles to try off the apps which could have easily been a main course meal. Also got the ahi tuna nachos which were tasty too. We were too busy chatting with friends that I forgot to take pics. Service was good for the amount of people we had. Drinks kept coming but they could have cleared a little more. I've worked in the industry for years and there were so many people dropping food but walking away empty handed. They should all be trained to drop it and clear it while they are there.

Came here with the wife--we're both bar flys--and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere is lively, with a great energy that makes it an easy place to hang out for a while. Anthony, our bartender, was on point! Super knowledgeable about the beer selection and gave us a fantastic steer on the menu. Service like that makes all the difference. Great drinks, great food, and a great vibe. We'll definitely be back!

    Grilled Cheese & Tomato Bisque

Stopped by here for a quick dinner on my way back to work. The music was fantastic as there was an 80's style music playing. There's a bar inside or table seating. Service was quick and our waitress was extremely friendly. I thought the vibe was pretty cool here. However the music was a bit loud so you really couldn't hear much of the conversation at the table. I ordered the tomato bisque and grilled cheese. You have the option to add bacon or avocado to your grilled cheese. I added bacon and avocado, and it was quite delicious. The sandwich was perfectly cooked. The bread was perfectly buttered and toasted with plenty of cheese. The tomato bisque was excellence very creamy and not too tart. Pricing was pretty on the average side and portion sizes were pretty good.

Poke Nachos 10/10 the best nachos i've ever had ! highly recommend

The food was amazing 10/10 ! Very nice ambiance , dim lighting , good vibes . The service was ok . They had tablets at the table that send your order into the kitchen so you don't have to wait to get approached. Drinks amazing as well ! Highly recommend

We were headed home from getting pedicures and decided to stop in and wanted something light. I got the carmelized garlic steak high protein plate and my daughter created her own. I think what I disliked the most is how cold everything was. It added to the blandness of everything which just made it feel like I was chewing a bunch of nothing. Yet, I have an appreciation for the ingredient options because I get the mission, I just can't get into how uniform everything tasted. The sweet potatoes were the star but also, way too cold for me. I am also on a wellness journey and maybe as my palate becomes more cleansed this may become more appealing. My daughter said it tasted to her like what IKEA'S display food looks like so she will not be back. Overall- for anyone looking for a better option in the QSR space, I would suggest you give it a try. Correction- the customer service from the young gentlemen that were working is the number one reason I would return. They helped in educating me on options, and were extremely accommodating.

You order and pay at the counter. They bring your food to you. Service was friendly and prompt. Loved their t-shirts, too. They had a lot of options on their menu (which is on the wall above the counter) -- some "healthier" than others. I chose their soup and half sandwich. And my husband opted for one of their acai bowls. For my half sandwich, I chose the Turkey with avocado and cranberry sauce. I had them leave off the mayo. The sandwich was very good. I liked the whole grain bread it was on and the combo of savory and sweet. For my soup, I had the tomato bisque. It was thick and creamy. For me there was a bit too much acidity, but it went well with the sandwich. So I took most of it home and my husband enjoyed it later that day. His choice was their Reef Road acai bowl. The bowl had layers of fresh cut fruit -- kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, et al, and some crunchy grains. The bottom layer was frozen acai. And I think there was coconut sprinkled on top. He said it was very good and quite refreshing. I'd come back to try some of their other soups and sandwiches or maybe one of their salads...he'd return for their bowls and smoothies.

Lately, though, I've noticed more people eating in, so we've gone back a few times over the past couple of years. Dosa is my favorite, and since it's something you really need to eat right away, dining in makes sense. We've tried gobi Manchurian and a variety of other dishes, but dosa is still my favorite. Unfortunately, the service is basically nonexistent. No one checks in to see how things are. The last time I ordered a masala soda, it was terrible. I tried getting the server's attention but no one came over. I ended up paying $5 for something I didn't even drink. When it was time to pay, I waved for the check and was told to come up and pay instead. Why I tipped, I honestly don't know--I wasn't happy about that at all. That said, the food is generally good. The sambar wasn't great on our most recent visit a few days ago, but overall the restaurant is always clean and the prices are reasonable. Josette S. posted the event, and this was my second time at Chef Allen's Farm to Table dinners, since I'd previously indulged at an Elite event a few years back. There is still free parking across the street. The dining area had various farmer market booths around selling vegetables, jams and a tasty cherry Italian ice. To a carnivore like me, salads are typically just the app or first course, but as a vegetarian meal everything was a salad. We started with a family-style plate of various (yellow, red, and roma) tomatoes and fried okra. I found out veggie dishes can be fried! The third course of roasted potatoes and red peppers along with a cool yet spicy red pepper hummus. This contained my usual veggie plates so it was easily my favorite! Main course was a piece of eggplant parmesan with just the right amount of tomato, cheese and a side of wild rice. I ate most of the eggplant "meat" but left the skin. The second course, other than the shredded carrots, was the one I could have passed on. Like President Bush, Broccoli wouldn't be prudent, not gonna do it.. Dessert was a rich, not overly sweet, piece of chocolate brownie. Though I said in was going to be a troll and have a burger afterward, I was actually satisfied! Chef Allen himself spoke the first event I went (during the elite event) giving a history of how each dish related to the dinners theme. However, he wasn't there at Monday's event so we missed out on that. Still, the manager and staff from the Books and Books cafe were very pleasant and informative. I'd definitely give the cows another break sometime.
