I came in and worked through design ideas with Dan and was told that I would be able to receive my table within 2 weeks. Well two weeks came and went no phone call concerning anything and no updates to keep me informed as to what you were experiencing at the shop. I showed up two days after the two week time frame had come and gone, only to be told, "oh I didn't have a big enough order to get your order in on the steel truck." This was not my issue nor my concern when I had agreed in good faith to have something made for me, nor did I ask for the table to be completed within the specified time frame. I was given the time frame by Dan for completion when I inquired when it would be completed The attitude I experienced was very unapologetic instead of, "I'm terribly sorry let me see what I can do to assist you." The ladies in the office were amazing and always right there to be part of customer service. Dan you are very lucky to have them up front as I'm sure they assist with your business levels. I realize that mine was a very small project in the scope of what you do but I still felt very unappreciated within my community. And moving forward I will make sure to let people know the type of experience that I had with your shop and not recommend any of your work. I do work within the community and speak with a lot of people on a daily basis .  I tried to send this to their website to help them improve on their customer service and it was kicked back no longer available
