This location has made a pop up counter for Amazon returns, right near the front entrance. Now, regular customers are not inconvenienced with Amazon returns, and vise versa. The person maning the Amazon returns was quick and efficient. She even managed to fit the entire spiel about a 25% off coupon good for one week, and what part was my receipt for the return in the time it took for the sticker to print. I would happily use this location for Amazon returns again.

So. I am actually on the fence…read more I purchased a pair of Nike Running shoes online for pick up. Everything went well. I found my bin where the merchandise is picked up and I went on my way. The shoes were in a bag. The box was taped up. The label with my information was attached outside the shoebox and bag it was placed in. I left the store. Went to my vehicle. I wanted to wear my shoes so I could workout at the nearby Planet Fitness. I cut opened the bag. I opened the box... The ANTI-THEFT SENSOR WAS STILL ATTACHED TO THE SHOES...! What??? So what was I supposed to do if I had not checked the merchandise before I left ? Who would not take the sensor off the merchandise before bagging and taping a label on it ? I RETURNED the shoes. The poor lady with no voice kept apologizing. I asked her to stop. It wasn't her fault. I just don't want a customer getting really mad and the store not understanding why a customer is getting upset over this. To the person who actually prepared my order.... "You forgot the fries...!" On this occasion I did not find what I was looking for but you never know, maybe next time. I was looking for a holiday outfit for a Christmas party. They also have a decent selection of jewelry. The prices a little higher than other thrifts and consignments I visit but the brands are typically better. I am always greeted as I enter and if I need anything I can ask. The store is not huge but the selection is pretty good. I am sure I will stop again.

The salesladies at Torrid are always friendly, no matter if you're just browsing or looking for something specific. On my most recent visit, Megan helped me look for sizes in corsets, set me up with a fitting room, and also pulled a few other corsets in different colors that she thought I might like. The dressing rooms are bright and spacious with ample room to change clothes. Each stall has a dry erase board with the customer's name written on it for a more personable experience. Florence Torrid always has an ample amount of stock, and a clearance section that fills one-third of the store. Be sure to check it out to snag a deal. Regular prices are somewhat high, but the store always seems to be running a sale. I ended up leaving with two gorgeous corsets for just under $30.00.
