After we got what we need, although there is check out sign at the garden center, but it's not in operation. We will need to go back to where we come in. This time, i try to push the button so the door will open automatically. But to my surprise, the button leads to the big garage kind of door moving up. This guys came in to grade and seed our new built house... Not only they graded it in a way that the flow of the water misses the sod used as an easement and created a muddy mess but when they did it there was no clean up, they just ran on top of the weeds, left huge rocks, tree trunks, bricks, large pieces of tarp, pretty much everything you can imagine from a construction site, then seeded on top of that and covered it with nets of hay. A couple of months later after the Hay was gone, we where left with huge patches of dirt and all the garbage. After that they came to re-seed those areas and clean up multiple block of hay that they left in our backyard; luckily I have security cameras because we caught the employees putting the blocks and all the debris they picked up on a wheel barrel and threw them into my own backyard trying to hide them between my trees. I wouldn't recommend this company even if they paid me, stay away from them.

The freezer was not staying cold, we kept a cup in there to make sure and it was liquid and was not making ice cubes. Our meat and other items were unthawed. Customer service gave me a phone number to call so I left the store and called. They sent home depo workers back out and they looked at it and said it could not be fixed, they said they would let their bosses know and tell them about all our food that was bad due to the freezer not working and someone would be in touch to schedule the new delivery with a new refrigerator. I received a call a few hours later, saying I would need to call a new phone number, and they would be the ones to schedule the new delivery and that the guys that stopped out to look at the refrigerator said it was not fixable. I got off the phone and called the new phone number. I said Hi, I'm calling to get on your schedule for the new refrigerator to be delivered and the old one removed, the lady gone on telling that they've never been to my house before and was EXTREAMLY RUDE. I kept saying yes, someone was just out and said it could not be fixed that they would send me a new one. Finally she tells me she's with LG and that they were to come and not home depo. So after waiting for home depo to come out I should of been having LG out BUT WAS NEVER TOLD THIS. LG has cancelled on me now multiple times and still hasn't came out to my house and the manager and who ever I've been emailing has now ignored me and not helped me at all. The manager told me he would get back to me on seeing if I could just return the refigerator and get me a small garage replacement so I could have something to keep items in my freezer. Hours later I get a call from someone else saying LG still needed to come look at it to show her proof the LG cancelled on me and that's the last I've heard from them. Tomorrrow will be a full month since the refigerator was delivered and I still haven't got a new one and all my groceries that was in there are still bad and I still can't use the freezer.

I ordered a grill to be delivered assembled to my father on Father's Day. Two days before Father's Day, I received an email that says, "hey, we are sorry, but your order is canceled." When I called the one 800 number for customer service, the response was, "Yes, it is canceled. And we cannot reactivate a canceled order. Is there anything else I can do for you?"
