From their google reviews and the experiences I've had dealing with them, they have high expectations on their employees performance. The project managers seem to take their work seriously and expect their work to show that.

Poorly run company. They treat their customers and employees poorly. They have such a high employee…read moreturnover, the employees that start your restoration, will often times not be the same ones that finish your project. Employees get fired or quit so frequently, it's simply not a reliable company. The employee turnover can really be frustrating. These are my opinions and experiences.
