WILL NOT GUARANTEE WORK. We purchased a home under contract with Dulworth. The ONE sprinkler area was wet and collecting water. The technician came out and fixed the sprinkler system. The area never dried out, in fact the second area started to collect water. We requested service again. Technician came out and "fixed" the issue. We were told it would take weeks to dry out. Waited out 6 wks or longer. It is more soggy and wet than ever. Our contract expired the end of Jan 26', during the freeze. Requested a fix before we renew our contract, as an act of good faith, an honor on previous work. Joy, claiming ownership of the business, stated they must have a contract to do any work and they do not guarantee sprinkler repairs. We are willing to pay for the repairs, we are asking for HONORABLE service from a locally owned business. We are your neighbors, we want to support your business. Be fair. That's it. read more

The two years are up and the contract is not being renewed - we are moving on to another service provider. I've used them for years because their technicians are friendly and efficient. But the woman in the office was short and rude to me, but I thought she was just having a bad day. My wife talks to her a week later and the woman got insulting and disrespectful to my wife and started talking over her. I have used this company for over six years and never had a problem, until recently. All of a sudden, for no reason, I get a cancellation letter. I called and was told, no one was available to discuss why I was being cancelled and they would call back. I waited two days and never got a call. I called again and asked to speak to someone who could answer my question. They said that person was on the phone and would have them call me within an hour. Two hours later and still no call. I called again and was told that get a call by the end of the day. At 5:15 I finally get a call from a lady identified as Ms. Dulworth. I asked why I was cancelled and she said she would check. I said I'd hold, and then a few minutes later she was back. She said that she could find only one thing in my record, that being a fence around my property. I told her that was never a problem because I always had the gate open for the inspector and always made a point of being here. I asked to be reinstated but she flatly refused to reinstate me. Bottom line, they just did not want to keep me as a customer, with no good reason. If I could have given a rating of lower than one star, I would have. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They tried to get away with altering a legal binding contract unilaterally without notification or mutual agreement after both parties agreed and WERE PAID - not honoring a warranty, poor communication, receiving payment and never solving or actually fixing the issues. Falsely reporting to the county causing other issues from their lies. The secretary in the office has ZERO clue about anything septic, never helps, and causes more problems. They are just money hungry and never fix anything. "fee for this, fee for that". Charge you an arm and a leg, never fix the problem and force you into a contract just to come out and then charge you even more money as their "contract does not cover anything but monitoring" - and they WILL change the contract after you sign - so keep the original. You have to threaten legal action for them to confess and honor any warranty or contract. read more

DO NOT use this company! We have had their service for the 10 years we have been here, and the service has declined drastically! They were good for a few years, then things just started "breaking". I understand wear and tear takes place but, many of the issues would occur almost immediately after they would work on something else. They would NEVER take ownership of anything and the woman on the phone would routinely get a severe attitude if you asked a question and try to turn the blame on us. Basically, always saying "there is nothing more we can do" The biggest issue occurred this year. They installed a new control box for us and said I would "love" it. They also inspected the sprinklers and made adjustments to them at that time. This was in the fall of 23, when spring came in 2024, I noticed LARGE portions of my yard were dead, I mean dead down to the dirt! When I asked them about it, they said it must be my irrigation system......nope that was fine as I already knew. It took me 5-6 calls and 4 visits of them saying they had no idea what was wrong and saying we just had too much rain, before they got the sprinklers readjusted right. Now I have $4k worth of sod work that has to be done once summer passes as we have 1/2 our yard only dirt now. It was once quite thick and lush as recent as last year. When all this was taking place, I said I would be leaving their company and taking our business elsewhere. Again, the woman was rude and basically just said "okay". Shortly after I received a call from the owner Tim, who apologized and said how much they didn't want to lose my business, and they would make it right. So, I stayed. My yard is still DEAD, but my sprinklers are finally aligned properly...I think. And now I receive a letter that they are dropping me as a customer.....right before my required service agreement is set to renew. It said thanks for your business the past years, good luck finding a new company. WOW!!!! Stay clear! read more

This company is the absolute WORST!! Their technician came out to complete an inspection of which he literally just wanted to be seen on my home camera to say he was there. He did absolutely nothing as my entire backyard was flooding from a leak. I called Dulworth back to notify them of the leak and they threatened to charge me a service fee for coming back out. After many calls, they finally returned only to do absolutely nothing. My lawn service guy identified that I had a broken sprinkler head which was causing the flood.............HE DOESN'T HAVE A LICENSE AND HE FIGURED IT OUT!!! Thank GOD for him............Do not, I repeat DO NOT USE DULWORTH!!! They don't care about you or your septic system. They just want you money that's it!! read more

Do not use Dulworth Septic for your septic maintenance contract. They lure you in with a $100 price ($150 is the norm) and then report to the county that your septic system is inoperable (without ever notifying me). They know you will call for an inspection (and get charged $75) since the county wants to fine you about $280. I'm sure this is just one of their many scams. Apparently their unethical tactics are well known by other septic companies and the county. I terminated my contract with them before it was up for renewal and went back with Crow Septic who has honestly serviced my system for years. Crow came out and checked my system- there is NOTHING wrong with it! Dulworth Septic Company are liars and cheats. SPREAD THE WORD! I'm recommending that the county revoke their license. read more

The service has been declining over the years and not to mention the customer service. Had to get another service to fix their mistakes. Then spoke with the "receptionist" or person answering the calls. Very rude and said the yearly service agree will be terminated without notice or warning. Requested a reason why and failed to say after awhile. They finally say the reason is due to the lack of access to the septic. Need to think twice and just pay for someone else!!! read more

After several visits and numerous charges this company did not fix my problem with my septic system smelling. I had the tanks pumped after the technician told me they needed to be cleaned. Right after this horrible smells outside and inside my home around the Christmas holiday into the new year. They were called to come out 3 more times and I also requested someone different at their company to look at system. This other person did come out and tightened a hose to my airflow pump but this still did not fix the problem. He said he would call me Or come back out the next week and never showed or called. Between the pumping and service calls I have spent over $550 to still smell septic inside my home and outside. I have called and left messages for the owner Tommy Dulworth and have not been called back. I would NEVER use this company ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. OK, I had to be the first to review this GREAT company. After dealing with numerous irresponsible septic companies who take your money, and never show up, or break things during their visit.... Dulworth is a breath of fresh air.. which is funny, considering the 'material' they deal with :) Dulworth Septic services has been the ONLY septic company we have stuck with year-after-year! I renew with confidence knowing I have found the best septic company out there. Their downright honest approach to any question or problem is refreshing. They are as honest and honest can be, great personal attention, very quick responses, and family run! If you are looking for a Tornado Shelter, this is not the place to purchase one. They are in my home town, thought I would give our home town some business. The shelter was planted incorrectly. The seal has died and water seeps into it, accumulating a foot of water over the winter. Now the turbine vent has died, and they have no extras to sell. The owner could careless.
