I had some issues with Republic there, however, I have been pleased so far with my experience with Republic here in ID. They have picked up in a timely fashion and I've had no issues. Recently, I elected to switch out my 65 gal containers for 95 gal containers, especially since they only pick up recycling every other week. The person I spoke to asked my birthdate and it turns out I qualify for a senior discount. For the large containers, my bill goes up only $3 a month. My only complaint is that the customer service agent that I first signed up with didn't offer me a senior discount. They delivered my new, 95 gal containers as scheduled and took my 65 gal regular trash container. I will place my recycling out next week and they are supposed to take that container. All in all, I have had a good experience with Republic.

An in person estimate is really superior, if the job is not really simple, so an explanation can be given for all the labor time it will take to execute the plan.
