Poor communication, I had to chase them down to pick up the dumpster after they left it for five days with no communication until I sent a message stating it was still here . In addition I got no proof that my dumpster weight over was mine, when asked they wrote my name on a random paper. They communicated back when I put my concern in that they picked up on Tuesday but in fact they picked it up Thursday . They can't get that right and want me to trust that extra money was truly owed . Do not recommend. I gave two stars because he guy who dropped off was professional it's the office that has no communication but they sure are fast to take your money without proper communication. read more

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Dumpster Dudes. They answered all my questions, calmed all my fears, and helped me choose the right dumpster for the job. I was very hesitant to rent a dumpster for fear it would damage my brand new driveway. The dumpster was set down on 2x6s. I have no idea how they did it, but the metal wheels of the dumpster never touched my driveway. They were flexible with delivery and pick up, completely worked with my schedule. Let's first start this off with the owner was completely rude and unprofessional. I paid $355 for a dumpster and was told that is what will be charged on my card and so I agreed to the $355. The dumpster was dropped of last Tuesday the 17th of March with no issues. They came to pick up the dumpster today which is Monday the 23rd of March. I then received an alert on my bank site stating that a payment was removed. ( luckily I switched banks and they weren't able to charge the full amount) so my husband called and asked why my card has been charged again and the owner stated that it was because it was over 2 tons I believe. I nicely informed him that I was not made aware of it and do not authorize that payment. He began to raise his voice and said " well I told your husband " I informed him that it was my card and he needed my consent and he then stated " well thanks for screwing me over" I then told him to have a nice day and just began to go on about my usual day. He then called twice and within those two times he stated that he " should grab the trash and throw it on my front yard" and so many other things that are completely unprofessional and honestly disrespectful and rude. I then informed him that I was recording the call and his attitude changed completely. I would NEVER hired them again and if you want great service and reliable and dependable I WOULD NOT recommend them at all!!!! Please don't allow this owner to treat you the way he treated me !! read more

We had rented a dumpster from a different company earlier in the year and when we wanted to rent another we thought we would go with dumpster dudes. Other people in our neighborhood had had dumpsters from them so I called and asked some questions about pricing, size, features of the dumpster, and finding out it was a better price than our last dumpster I confirmed on the same phone call that I would like to order a dumpster. I gave them a card number, told them the size, our address, some details about our driveway and no problem got it confirmed for the next weekend by noon. That day comes, noon comes and goes, so I call they said it should be there soon, now its 3pm we had now waisted much time that was suppose to be used to clean. I called again and was told they have no record of me, my address, no empty dumpsters, my name wasn't even for the next day or any day. I wasn't mad but annoyed so I said what happened, what am I suppose to do, we planned the day, we had limited time, how is this possible? I had to give all the information again, card number, address, etc. He was nice about it, got a dumpster there by 4pm and knocked some money off. But how in a matter of an hour did he get a dumpster when he said there was no free ones...I don't know. But I was just happy to have a dumpster. Thought it was over? nope. When they were delivering the dumpster it looked close to our garage door because it had a swinging door that opens to walk in heavy stuff which we planned on using. I told the delivery guy are you sure the guy is going to open. He reassured me its fine its fine...we didn't need to open the door til the next day. We unlatched the door, swing it open, and it stops at 90 degrees, because it was a centimeter too close to the frame of the garage door and would not open fully...so in conclusion a dumpster is a dumpster so it was fine we got a dumpster with money knocked off but the hassle it, that doesn't all make up for it they should have their act together. read more
