They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They even searched around our house and found two more well-hidden holes. The hidden holes looked old so they filled them in but put two traps with vegetable bait in the front. They came by to monitor daily, replaced old food, and, finally the groundhog was caught They left a trap for another few days in case there was another groundhog. From appt to conclusion 9 days.
