Got the name of this place from a referral who has been using Dun-Rite (Ray Haas) for years. He came out today and cleaned the carpeting in basement and 4 bedrooms as well as two sets of carpeted steps. Carpet looks brand new, including two stained areas we were concerned about and the price was very reasonable. No idea if the 2018 review is an anomaly, or if things changed since then (didn't see that review until after we had the work done today.) What a difference a couple of years makes. Had an email confirming my appointment this year, and nobody showed up. I called and got voicemail, but no call back. I emailed to voice my frustration and got no response. I would NOT recommend this company any longer. Obviously they stopped caring about customer service. read more
