Honestly I've just started looking and I can't believe all the things he missed, during his "quality home inspection". He blamed on not looking on the outside because there must have been less than an inch of snow the day before and apparently that you can't inspect the house with that much snow.

Rachel, my real estate Agent, was aware of my concerns about buying older homes and the issues that can come up. I knew I would most likely need to spend some money, especially on an older home, but I did not want to be blindsided. Rachel mentioned how she used Ken, All Around Inspection with one of her other clients, who was also particular and had many concerns, and how happy her client was with Ken.
