I had two trees down that were precariously positioned between a chain-link fence and a wood fence with the stump in between the chain fence and the wood fence and the root ball on the other side of the wood fence. It was quite a tricky predicament, but Jerry very easily took care of the situation. He removed the wood fence panel and cut away the chain fence and then he had his impressive wood-eating robot destroy the stump. Shockingly, there is zero trace left of the stump and root ball aside from the mulch that was left behind to fill the hole. Jerry then replaced the wood fence panel and smoothed out the mulch and dirt and made the whole thing look easy. Jerry was extremely prompt, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. He communicated extraordinarily well and he was fun to talk to. He generously educated me about his unique business and how it all works. I highly recommend him if you have a tree stump that you need removed. Stump Professionals will take great care of you!

Since we were relocating from out of state, we wanted the flooring done before we arrived. We even had our realtor leave a lockbox so measurements could be taken in advance. We finalized the details and paid the deposit on June 26th -- then communication completely dropped off. No updates. No responses to follow-ups. Nothing. My husband finally drove down to Florida on July 7th to figure out what was going on -- only to find that demo had just started, two weeks later. Worse, the wrong areas were demoed, including our kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, which delayed work on our daughter's room. That alone made this experience extremely stressful for our family. Installation didn't begin until July 14th, and our furniture (already delayed and sitting in storage) was scheduled to arrive the 18th. Flooring was incomplete, and we were told if we delayed furniture again, they couldn't guarantee a future delivery date. We ended up picking up additional materials ourselves on July 21st, just to keep things moving. I had to call again on the 23rd to find out when they'd finish. They finally came on July 26th to complete the last room. The crew was friendly and the floors look nice now, but we had to ask them to reinstall all the doors and finish the master bathroom. The lack of communication throughout this entire process was unacceptable. We still have more rooms to do, but we will not be using Flooring Master again. We can't recommend them to anyone.
