No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker. Called The Backyard Experts, in the morning for a one time cleaning (I had not used them before), he asked if I could send a picture of the pools condition so he could give me an accurate quote. I did so, and within minutes he got back with me. Tthey were at my house within about 3 hours. The pool looks great and their price was very reasonable. Also talking to the representative on the phone was a pleasure, he was friendly, professional and courteous.
