We had a great experience last year but this year the woman who answers the phone was argumentative with me and claimed I hadn't given her a card number when I rang originally for a delivery. I remember for certain I did because I didn't have one of my cards handy so had to quickly go online and transfer money into a different account and then give her the other card number. She argued with me on the phone saying I definitely didn't give her a card number and was very rude. Unfortunately, you've lost a customer and I won't be recommending you around the village either. Very disappointed as we like to support small local businesses whenever possible. read more
