Unlike some of the other companies, that told me 'someone would be in touch within 24 hours', they offered an assessment within a couple of hours and their treatment plan was much cheaper than some of their competitors. Jonathan called to my house first - he was very pleasant to deal with. I then met with Danny for the subsequent follow-up assessments and he too was excellent. Both did a thorough job and we're very understanding regarding the stress it was causing me. The fact that they operate a 24/7 hour phone line was very helpful and reassuring. Despite being very busy, they were always reliable. They made suggestions as to how to stop the problem from happening again. They were also very patient with my dog who is never impressed with tradesmen intruding on her territory! My boss used this company for the same problem around the same time I did and she too said she found them to be fantastic! Dealing with any kind of pest infestation in your home is never going to be pleasant but these guys made the whole experience far easier to cope with! I would highly recommend them!

What a shambles of a company. Interview approx 2/3months ago. And was told the next position is…read moremine when they hire. Fortunately enough a position open I went for a trial and it went so well. I was offered the job shook ceos hand her husband and manager in the company. Was told there delighted to have me on board. But wait imagine this.. 30 minutes after just leaving and going home to get a phone call from some French lad to say ohhh im sorry this won't work you live to far. ( I live 40 minutes ) from the actual office. He googled my house the day the offered me work and mind u rush hour traffic which showed and extra bit of time. The company had 3 months to look at the details provided. They brought me in to work for the day and offered me a job and took it back 30minutrs later imagine like. If there doing this to employees I would hate to think what they are doing with customers. Anyway avoid this crowd it seems they do as they please and lie to people. Not a fake review
