Instead, he mysteriously leaves Armstrong, Betker, Schaeffer and Neal, PLC and left all of his clients without representation. He will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to hire him. I filed a grievance with the Attorney grievance commission and his response was that he never agreed to me being reimbursed. He also said that it wasn't in writing. Which was true, it wasn't in writing because I trusted him. I never imagined that a lawyer would be so desperate to lie to a person just to get hired.
