I had a crazy family situation in court and for over a decade Mr. Banik was one of the few people to help me when I needed it most. He is a great person that is honest and does things the right way. He is compassionate, he has empathy for your situation, and goes above and beyond for his clients. My world would not be the same without him.

Heidi was kind, gentle, and clear about the best path forward, and she fought for my rights respectfully and firmly every step of the way. Madalyn was an enormous help too -- she kept communication open, managed scheduling smoothly, and patiently helped me understand the legal process and all the unfamiliar jargon. I'm so grateful to both of them for guiding me through this with compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend this firm to anyone facing a similar situation.

We retained an attorney here for our daughters adoption. The initial conversation went well and…read moreonce our payment was made the case started. While waiting months at a time, we could try and check in with no return emails or calls. This attorney put more of the work on us rather than taking care of herself despite us paying in full up front. It was very discouraging and we realized the negative reviews we saw online were true. Once the hearing was over we had questions in regards to our daughters new social security card and we've had no response whatsoever. There were weeks and months throughout our journey of having to email multiple times, call the attorney directly, and finally having to complain to the company overall just to have a response - which again was email. Hiring an attorney here made what should have been an amazing experience very frustrating and stressful.

I have been involved in an ongoing criminal case for the better part of the past six months with Mr. Feldman as my attorney. I opted to hire him because I live in town and wanted to support local business. Boy, what a mistake! Several months back I paid over $1800 to Greg to see to it that my needs are met. This meaning we get this embarrassing matter resolved as quickly and as smoothly as possible. After repeated phone calls and unanswered emails over the course of the past month, I finally was able to get a response last week via email that he is "trying his best" & "would let me know by end of day". Guess what? I received no further inquiries whatsoever. I can't very well fire him, as I've invested so much in him and can't afford to hire someone else. I'm basically stuck. I fully understand that there is a process and paperwork to be done. But I expect answers in a timely fashion, not weeks down the line. I guess I expected much more communication for my money. On a side note, I was speaking to my neighbor who let me know she had an ongoing case of her own and had hired a lawyer from uptown. When I asked who, she told me Greg Feldman. I related some of my disappointment to her, and she said she was having the same problem with him too, no communication! She also said she will never again use Mr. Feldman or recommend his services to anyone. I absolutely agree. I feel like my money would've been better spent wiping my butt. I'm so disappointed.. please save yourself the money & trouble and seek out a more reputable lawyer!!
