We only saw one sign that I guess was supposed to direct us to the temp location, but said sign got us to the wrong building (Chevrolet). The Subaru guy who made the appointment apparently had zero intention of helping us and passed us off to a Chevrolet salesman who subsequently, guided us to a Subaru salesman. Yea for him. However, the icing on the cake - the Outback of interest had scuff marks and what appeared to be a white stress mark in the black trim between the driver and passenger doors. And, on the inside, one of the corners of the sunroof was abnormal. The other new Outback of the same color was in repair due to "delivery" damage. I wished I had took a pic of the stress mark. They told me I would need to leave it there all morning but what they really meant was that they didn't have the time to do it. At 1pm they admitted that they wouldn't be getting to it any time soon. I get it, things happen and things get backed up. All they needed to do was acknowledge the problem and apologize for wasting my time. Instead they handed me my keys back with a smile as if my business was a complete bother to them.
