I got stuck on the highway ..we were scared to death. I called Cambria Auto and talk to a very nice lady named Sarah. She sent her mechanic up to look at my car. He was so friendly and knew immediately what was wrong. My water pump was leaking bad. I called Duncan Ford and they said bring it on over. Five minutes later Duncan Ford called back and said..we can't take you. That's ford not standing behind their cars. Cambria Auto took my car to their shop and started working on it. My car was ready Friday by 10 AM. Sarah worked with my extended warranty co. and took care of the charges. Next morning Sarah brought my car to the hotel. Mt daughter had a blow-out and not a lot of time to shop around or wait for a repair. She contacted M&M and they told her to bring it in and they'd take care of her. She changed the tire and dropped it off. The tire wasn't able to be repaired, so they matched the current tires she had (from M&M), changed it out, and had it ready quickly. The customer service is just incredible here. Living a distance away, it makes me much more comfortable knowing a company like M&M is around.

I got a quote a little higher than I wanted, so I called around and it was about 200$ more at both places I called. As a female college student who has a mechanic for a dad, I had some questions I wanted to ask to make sure I wasn't being ripped off. When I called Firestone back to ask those questions, I spoke to a woman needed to put me on hold about three times to get answers. Finally, she came back and somehow the price had gone up about 40$. I asked her how that was possible and she said "I don't know that's just how it is." I asked her another question and she then proceeded to hang up on me, as if my car was not literally parked at the shop to be worked on. I immediately called back and a man named Matt answered the phone. Matt was more professional than the woman I spoke to and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I think due to the woman being unprofessional and hanging up on a paying customer, they gave me a discount which was very much appreciated. When I went to pick up my car, the woman then rudely questioned my discounted price in front of me. My discounted quote was upheld. Firestone was able to get me in very quickly and get the parts needed quickly as well. While I don't appreciate being hung up on for simply asking rather routine questions, every other staff member I spoke to was very nice and helpful. If I could, I would give negative stars as I got an oil change and waited two hours. On the way…read morehome my oil pressure light was going off and I thought because I just got an oil change I didn't think anything of it. Come to find out the completely wrong oil filter was put in my car resulting in my engine to lock up and now have to pay for a brand new engine. Customer service was awful as when I called to ask what could be the problem the day of the oil change they said "I don't know what could be causing it" and not know the issue, let alone put a completely wrong oil filter in a car and letting the customer leave knowing it was wrong, what if it was your car?
