While convenience can be valuable, I personally feel more comfortable being referred to highly experienced specialists for these types of procedures. Others may feel differently, but it's an important consideration when weighing where to receive care. To be clear, this office can still be a solid option for routine checks or minor concerns, especially if you are comfortable setting boundaries around product purchases. However, I would advise patients to stay informed, ask questions, and make decisions that prioritize both their health and financial transparency. I was a patient there. They were great. However, I promptly paid the bill for my final appointment but have been receiving past due notices for months. I haven't been there for over 1.5 years. My initial visit with a PA prescribed cream you can only buy from them, it was for my face. Web MD says never to use on your face. My follow up was with an MA who had no idea what the cream was for. Dr came in & asked who prescribed the cream. Well her PA prescribed the cream. Dr said she never would have done that. They just want to sell meds for an expensive price. read more

I went there for a routine procedure . The lady working botched & hurt me. Horrible technique & service. When it came time to pay she tried to triple charge me from the real price! After the procedure I got severe headaches. I called to speak with the owner who is a dermatologist. The front desk girl would not let me speak to her , and said "Call back when your headache goes away, and you love the results". she didn't give me a proper follow up or even basic customer service. She yelled at me for trying to speak to a Dr. This is the most unprofessional money hungry office Ive ever been too. Do Not go to Duncan Dermatology. read more
