After gathering our information, Craig wrote letters on our behalf stating that the ruling was erroneous and that the denial needed to be reversed. The case was dragged through the court system on appeals for over ten years.Finally, due to Elrod Pope not filing papers on time, it was tossed out. The state knew if they kept it in the courts Pope would finally screw up, and they did! After winning 2.95 million dollars, I lose!!!! Because of their mistakes! Then they refuse to appeal it higher because they don't want to waste anymore money fighting, knowing they blew it! I consulted another lawyer to sue them for legal malpractice, but although they say I have a definite case against them, they want $100,000 up front to go after them. What kind of legal system is this? Elrod Pope messes up and there's nothing I can do about it! But they sure did take their half million in legal fees! BEWARE of this company! If they miss filings you will pay the price and there's nothing you can do about it! They should be ashamed of themselves! And is he now a state representative and TV personality?! Maybe they should pay more attention to their clients than the cameras!

Instead of penalizing my tax service, the IRS penalized me, even though I filed and paid my taxes every year. Originally, I considered hiring a Tax Resolution Service to represent me. But, after reading reviews for those companies, it appeared to me that many of their clients were simply trying to reduce their tax debt. In my case, I had done everything right, and I did not want to be labeled or looked at as someone who was just wanting to have their taxes reduced. I wanted the fines eliminated!!! At first, I tried to explain my situation on my own to the IRS. They denied my request the first time to eliminate my fines, as they said that even though I used a tax service to prepare my taxes, the results were still my responsibility. Finally, I hired this law firm to represent me in an appeal. I have no idea how you explained the situation better than I did, but I just received letters from the Internal Revenue Service stating that my account for those years was settled and paid in full. Ms. Roberson and her team have been wonderfully helpful not just with the initial nanny search, but with our continuing, ongoing child care needs of all kinds. Elspeth is a internal medicine physician who specializes in geriatrics. I'm a kids cancer and gene therapy doctor at Levine Children's. We both have the honor of trying to help patients struggling with severe and complicated medical challenges - often resulting in unpredictible and unexpected work hours and on-call weekends. And our medical training meant Elspeth and I didn't start having children until relatively late in our lives. When Elspeth and I were lucky enough to begin our journeys as parents, our own parents are too medically frail themselves to be able to help us with our newborn children, and our other family too far away. Ms. Roberson and her team have been incredibly supportive and helpful from the very, very beginning. Neither Elspeth nor I knew anything about hiring a nanny: Ms. Roberson walked us through every step, including helping us with arranging the necessary payroll, tax witholding, and health insurance paperwork to do it all right. Ms. Roberson helped us recruit nanny candidates from across the country with substantial experience, from which we selected J, our amazing nanny who has been our primary nanny ever since our first child was born and continues with us to this day. But more than that: Ms. Roberson also helped us recruit skilled, experienced and caring temporary newborn care specialists at the very beginning, to help us with the most time-intense early days of our baby's life (since again, we have no family nearby or medically able to help, and we both continued to have clinical duties throughout). Their expertise for us as brand new parents was extremely, extremely helpful.
