We were assured that there would be no out-of-pocket expense several times from this company. They ended up invoicing us for $475, which we grudgingly paid. We thought that the dealings we had with Edd Rike was over, when we got a phone call for another bill for $4000. Threats were made to put a lien on our home, even though it was not our bill to pay. Further inspection, the city of Englewood stated that they had mailed the payment sometime ago and I should not be liable for it. What kind of company receives payment and then turns around and tries to bill you with threats of putting liens on your home? Like I said run don't walk...
