A narrow strip of park, currently undergoing re-development, so the final result remains to be seen It's one of many parks which was once part of the New River. Typically it's decorated with distinctive layered grey rock. Starting at City Road it's a narrow park with railings running up the middle of a street, a sort of stretched square. At Charlton Place it becomes a grassy bank on one side of the street and looses the railings before finally petering out at Bridel Mews.
The maps of plantings planned look ambitious. It's already a nice place, and I think will be really nice once it's done, though of course without major facilities. read more
