We had just moved into our 95 year-old house and our floors were in good, but not great condition…read more Because our furniture had not yet arrived, we figured it was a great time to get our floors re-finished. After doing some research, we contacted Mr. Sandless and couldn't be happier. They were flexible and able to schedule before our furniture arrived. The sand-free process took one day, and the two men who did it were friendly and polite. The price was right too; ~$750 for our 400 square foot downstairs, compared to thousands (and several days) for the sand method. Prior to the re-finishing, there was one spot near our front door where the finish had all been worn away. They were able to cover it up well, and while it will ultimately need sanding to completely blend, it is barely noticeable and now protected from the elements. The other great thing is their work comes with a 5 year warranty! We highly recommend Mr. Sandless and their team of skilled flooring experts to finish your floors.

When Dan came to do our free estimate, we quickly noticed he was thee most focused and thorough contractor that came to our house. He went inside, outside, looked in closets, the basement and anywhere else he could to try to figure out how he was going to tie the plumbing lines up to the third floor in the least invasive way possible. Then he quickly drew up in his head the best layout for the bathroom leaving enough space for a walk in closet on the other side. Then he gave us the most thorough estimate that very night, not to mention lower than any other contractor came in at. Throughout the whole job they were very dependable, respectful, trustworthy and hard working. The job finished with a few minor changes we decided together to make the job look high end without going over budget. Dan tried to save us money the entire time, even offering me to paint the room if I wanted to. Even though my garage wasn't built in one day (which was offered by other contractors), I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Marty and his crew are true professionals who take pride in their work, and who work together like a well-oiled machine. Everything was done according to the city's rules and regulations, nothing was rushed, no corners were cut, all necessary permits were obtained, and the modifications I asked for were incorporated into my 16' by 24' garage. They built the garage, installed the garage doors, vinyl sided it, and put the roof and shingles on. They even took the extra step to put up vinyl electrical cover caps for my carriage lights and flood lights. In fact, all the men in the neighborhood who have come over to see my new garage have commented on how well built it is and what a good job they did. Not only did Marty and his crew build me a beautiful garage, but they gave me excellent referrals for electrical work, cement work, and gutters. I am DONE! THIS MORNING, they never came like they said AGAIN!!!! DONT EVER TRUST THEM!!! I WISH I HAD WENT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! We rearranged SEVERAL weeks of our time so that we could be HERE the days they said, GUESS WHAT! THEY NEVER CAME, not even ONCE!!!
