What I like about this place is the fact that they have the largest selection of hardwood floors that I have seen anywhere in the area. They don't just have the cheap ones that you see at a lot of places, but they also have the high end engineered wood flooring. Most engineered flooring has a very thin top layer of real wood. That means if you ever have to sand it down due to scratches or dents, there won't be anything left and you will be replacing the floors. This store carries a brand called Mirage, which is manufactured in Canada, and it has a very thick layer of real wood on top of the engineered plywood. The engineered plywood also comes in two thicknesses, half inch and 3/4 inch. I called another place that allegedly sold Mirage, however they didn't have a single display board piece in their show room. This store has lots of different woods and lots of different finishes by Mirage, as well as other companies. Another great company that they carry flooring for is Mercier, which is also manufactured in Canada, has a durable surface, and has a thick top layer of real wood on the engineered plywood.

Almost every corner of the linoleum has a rip, the leveler they used left multiple bumps in the…read morefloor, two places were cut so short that the molding won't cover it, the seams, for which there are multiple ones because they made so many errors, are mismatched, there's a stone or something under the linoleum and multiple air gabs we haven't been able to get out. They left caulking and glue on three other floors, one of which we haven't been able to get off and the floor they installed took hours to get the glue off that they left behind. They took of the labor but are making me pay for the product they destroyed. I could go on but space is limited. They have done work for us in the past and we've been very happy but this experience will not have us going back and I'm considering a lawyer if they don't refund me all my money.
