Now, to jump to 2025. I reached out by email to see if I could get a letter that was certified mailed to the other party. I received an email within the hour, and received an email with the letter, less than 24 hours later. I appreciated the quick response, considering it was a letter from five years ago. The complaint in the reviews from Sept. 29th: I can tell you, I am a real person, and my review is genuine and authentic. I see the group has grown significantly.
