They do not know that you are supposed to push at least a partial scoop down into the ice cream cone. That helps attache the scoop{s) on top otherwise they just fall off. You'll be working hard with your tongue (good training for teen boys) to keep pushing it into the cone otherwise it winds up on the ground. To the owner: Please teach those teenagers how to properly scoop ice cream, and offer something up scale from Perry's.
