1 star because there is no 0!!! 5 people working the morning counter inside, 4 of which are doing nothing except chatting and goofing around with the other lone customer inside. After waiting at the counter for approximately 5 minutes, one finally acknowledges my presence and asks if I have a "mobile order, because we're too busy and only doin' mobile orders". I expressed my grief briefly and left without the two dozen donuts I was going to purchase. Place looks dirty hangout and the employees are unkept and sloppy in their appearance. Obviously customer service is of the worst level. I travel extensively and have noticed Dunkin's dropping in service level, but this is a new low. Will never return and I'll be telling everyone I can about this location. I stopped going ro this location the people are unhelpful can not seem to get an order rite. I ordered a frozen chocolate with chocolate swirl for my son and when I got it there was more liquid then frozen and when he drank from the straw there was a massive hair ball in his drink that he slipped up into his mouth. The morning time crew is so disrespectful and rude for no reason you should make the guest feel welcomed. Nobody wants to go to the Dunkin'. they should have the walk-in open for mobile orders and the doors are usually locked in the morning. I did a mobile order so I don't have to wait in the line. the coffee I got wasn't mixed. I go to this place 2 times a week, Tuesday and Wednesday between 5am and 7am, and they have yet to get the order completely right everytime I place an order. This place is poor management and employees just don't give a shit what they give you, AND YET THEY WANT 15 DOLLARS AN HOUR, how about showing the customers you deserve a job before wanting to get paid for it. They never ever never get your order right. They'll hand you 4 coffees with no carrier or seal for your coffees so they don't spill- these items always have to be requested. They rush you to order and this location won't open their lobby so customers can come in rather than traverse the drive thru. I understand covid precautions but it's BS to never open your lobby. read more

After having a terrible experience recently, I went back to get an iced coffee. The staff was extremely helpful, super friendly, and very accommodating to make sure I got the drink I wanted this time. The specific item I ordered was unavailable, but they offered a nearly identical replacement drink. I'm so grateful for their kindness and assistance today. Much better opinion. Awful breakfast sandwich, I tried their steak bagel this morning, it was VILE! I assumed it would be like the McDonald's steak bagel, wrong!
